1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the v333 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have attained the age of 21. v333 enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned at the Platform's sole discretion.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The v333 Platform is principally designed to serve players located in Indonesia. You represent that you are accessing the Platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. v333 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or lawfully available in your specific location.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to enter binding agreements or access gaming services.

2.4 Exclusions

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account with v333:

• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, or agents of v333 or any of its affiliated companies.
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of any v333 employee or contractor.
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from the v333 Platform or any affiliated platform during an active exclusion period.
• Individuals previously banned or suspended by v333 for fraudulent activity, collusion, or material breach of this Agreement.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the v333 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. v333 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be permanently closed, and balances may be forfeited at v333's discretion.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• Your date of birth.
• Your residential address in Indonesia.
• Your preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR).

You must notify v333 promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. v333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify v333 support immediately.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. v333 may apply an administrative fee of up to Rp 50,000 per calendar month to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 consecutive months may be closed without further notice.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

4.1 Verification Requirement

v333 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and before granting full Account privileges. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard regulatory requirement for online gaming platforms and is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

4.2 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. Passports a re also accepted for non-Indonesian residents.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, clearly showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph of the bank card or a screenshot of the e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used to make deposits, confirming ownership.

4.3 Verification Timeline

v333 will endeavor to complete KYC review within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email of the outcome. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.

4.4 Enhanced Due Diligence

v333 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for high-value transactions, unusual account activity, or where initial verification raises questions that require further review. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

v333 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50,000 for bank transfer transactions. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit. v333 does not accept deposits made by third parties — funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet are credited to your Player Balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5 to 30 minutes of successful transfer confirmation during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Deposits initiated outside these hours may take longer to confirm. v333 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your KYC-verified Account. v333 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Local Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): 30 minutes to 6 hours.
• Complex or high-value withdrawals: Up to 24 hours, subject to additional security review.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary based on your account tier and verification status. Players enrolled in the v333 VIP program may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP program terms.

5.5 Fees

v333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own inter-bank transfer fees or service charges. v333 has no control over and accepts no liability for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

5.6 Currency

All transactions on the v333 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied. Players are responsible for ensuring their deposit source is denominated in IDR. v333 is not responsible for exchange-rate losses if a Player's bank automatically converts from a foreign currency.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

v333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses is 10x (ten times) the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion, after which unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Player Balance without compensation.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates:

• Slots (RNG): 100% contribution.
• Live Dealer Games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi): 20% contribution.
• Sports Betting (including bandar bola — Indonesian term for football betting markets): 50% contribution, subject to minimum odds of 1.50.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery): 30% contribution.
• Crash Games (Aviator, etc.): 75% contribution.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

v333 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; hedging bets to exploit bonus terms; using automated software (bots) to meet wagering requirements; and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds forfeited and may face permanent suspension.

6.5 Promotion Modifications

v333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a Player Balance at the time of discontinuation will remain valid subject to their existing terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to available balance in your Account at the time of placement. v333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already concluded, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

7.2 Odds and Results

Sports betting odds displayed on the v333 Platform are indicative and may change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the system. In the case of any dispute regarding settled results, the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton) shall be definitive.

7.3 Mix Parlay Bets

Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections into a single wager for multiplied returns) are subject to a minimum of three selections and a minimum odds per selection of 1.30. If one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided due to match postponement or abandonment, the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided selection(s). If only one selection remains after voids, the bet is treated as a single.

7.4 Game Fairness

All RNG-based games available on v333 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and others — use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. v333 does not modify or adjust RTP settings beyond the parameters certified by the game provider.

7.5 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software malfunction during an active gaming session or live bet, v333 will endeavor to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, stakes placed on interrupted rounds will be returned to the Player's balance. v333 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control, including internet service outages on the Player's side.

8 Responsible Gaming

v333 is committed to promoting a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment. We provide Players with a suite of tools to manage their gaming activity, accessible at any time through the Account dashboard or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the v333 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming outcome.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void and will be removed from the Player Balance.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account security measures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds from illegal activities.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing v333 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Providing false or fraudulent identification documents during the KYC process.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using that person's Account credentials.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the v333 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of v333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from v333.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Use v333's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is governed by their individual licensing agreements with v333.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The v333 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. v333 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

11.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.

11.3 Exclusions

v333 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep Account credentials secure.
• Losses caused by events beyond v333's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment processor outages.
• The content, availability, or legality of any third-party services linked from the Platform.

12 Privacy & Data

v333 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

• Personal data is collected only for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Data is stored using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to v333's legal retention obligations.
• Anonymized and aggregated data may be used for internal analytics and product improvement purposes.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting v333 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification procedures. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or breach of these Terms may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

13.2 Termination by v333

v333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, any remaining real-money Player Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account termination regardless of the reason for closure.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which v333 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body designated by v333's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents v333 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Amendments

v333 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, v333 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team before the effective date of the changes. Amendments to bonus-specific terms may take effect immediately as promotions are time-sensitive.
